Our mission: to professionalise the public real estate sector using data, technology, and a genuine passion for the built environment. We work with housing corporations, municipalities, governments, and educational institutions — helping them make smarter decisions about their portfolios, sustainability goals, and the communities they serve.

Over the years, we've built our own software to match our ambitions. Our platform Pien brings together all relevant real estate data in one place, enabling clients to analyse, collaborate, and make confident decisions. The Benchmark 2 Gemeentelijk Vastgoed sets a national standard for how municipalities measure and improve their real estate portfolios.
